As a songwriter, producer and vocalist with roots in jazz and soul, Australian born Shelley Rosenberg has spent the last fourteen years in New York and Los Angeles, upon signing a deal with BMG Music Publishing.
A few weeks after signing, Shelley wrote the theme song for the hit kid’s tv show, “H20 – Just Add Water” which first went to air in July 2006, and since then has gone to air in 130 countries around the world. In October 2007 H20 was also nominated for Best Television Show at the 2007 Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards in London, and went on to win an Australian Logie Award for Most Outstanding Children's Program in May 2009. Since then, Shelley has composed countless show openers for European radio stations including Radio SAW, Radio Ramasuri, FFN, Bayern-3 and Oe3 to name a few. Shelley has also written songs for Nickelodeon’s Fresh Beat Band and the Emmy Award nominated tv show, Bubble Guppies. As a seasoned studio singer, Shelley’s vocals can be heard in films and tv shows such as The Infiltrator, Rock of Ages, and American Horror Story, as well as live show such as The Disney Easter Parade and The Ringling Brothers Circus. Her vocals have regularly been heard on commercials such as Chevrolet, Hyundai, Progressive Insurance, Snyder’s Pretzels, Domino’s Pizza, Jack In The Box and Samsung, to name a few, in addition to countless radio station jingles around the world.
More recently, Shelley has produced music videos as part of a body of work called The Shellsongs Project. This body of work includes her most recent original music, as well as reimagined covers. Shelley is currently living in Los Angeles and hopes to continue to work on exciting new music projects.
